Currently, around a third of the world’s population is thought to have some fatty liver.

In Asia, the prevalence of fatty liver is also significantly rising.

One study from 2022 stated that NAFLD is a significant health problem as a once-low prevalence has now increased to thirty-five per cent.

How to check your liver if you feel you have fatty liver.

For most, fatty liver can develop without symptoms. Typically, it is something that gets picked up in annual checkups.

A blood test for mild fatty liver may not be enough to accurately understand how “mild” the condition is.

Learn more about how fatty liver presents itself in your blood tests and how to work with your healthcare practitioner to catch early signs that you can take action on.

That’s not all. There is another test you can do that can help.

Discover a secondary test that can help you better understand how “fatty” your liver is.

There are also other lesser-known symptoms of mild fatty liver.

Did you know that people with mild fatty liver can experience daytime sleepiness?

A study released in 2022 found that people with fatty livers commonly experience daytime sleepiness.

Not only that, it is also associated with a poorer quality of life.

The good news?

There is a lot you can do to reverse mild fatty liver. For example, weight loss equaling just five per cent can improve liver fat and enzymes!

Discover the one evidence-based dietary change that can help with fatty liver.

For most, this change can help you set things firmly in the right direction. And the maximum time to do it is over six weeks!

Testimonials

  • "I finally had a diagnostic to work with. I was so happy with the lack of pain and getting sleep at night that I embarked on a 6 month protocol. It was the first time in years that I saw any relief and progress."

  • "I now manage to fall asleep after waking and generally get at least 6 hours sleep a night. The treatment avoided addictive medicine and was without daytime grogginess. Early morning waking is not a concern."

  • "Philip took his time to explain what was possibly going on. Philip also took the time to digest the results of a recent annual medical, a recent allergy test and a genetic test. This level of care and attention was highly appreciated."

  • "He does not silo the physical from the mental and approaches things in a very holistic manner. I really found this invaluable as I feel a number of my complaints were not only driven by physical triggers but also emotional/mental triggers."
